Northcott Disability Services is holding its first ever Celebrity Doodle Auction on Wednesday 20 February 2008 at The Arthouse Hotel.
Northcott's Celebrity Doodle Auction encourages Australian celebrities to show off their artistic flair by inviting them to doodle and autograph something important to them. Once completed, their doodle is framed ready to be bid for at our live auction event.
So far we have gained tremendous support from the community, having received almost 60 autographed doodles from celebrity artists such as Alan Jones AO, Peter Garrett, Gai Waterhouse, Jackie O, Ken Done, Shane Warne, Steve Waugh and John Williamson – just to name a few!
As well as the live auction of celebrity doodles, the night will also include a silent auction, live raffles, lucky door prizes and an opportunity to hear from the true stars of the day - our Northcott clients.
All funds raised on the evening will go towards supporting people with a disability and in particular Northcott's Recreation Service, which enables people with physical disabilities to participate in recreational and leisure activities of their choice.
Tickets are on sale NOW for $65 each and entitle you to not only be able to bid for these unique artworks, but be part of a great night of cocktails, canapés and entertainment!
