Two of the 20th century’s most influential composers get Synergy Percussion’s full treatment in CarriageWorks’s intimate Bay 20 venue: masterful performances full of energy, power and rhythmic dexterity.
The concerts on Wednesday 23, Thursday 24 and Saturday 26 April feature Steve Reich’s Drumming and Six Marimbas as well as Xenakis’ 1976 solo percussion tour de force Psappha, Claviers and Peaux. Performers include Michael Askill, Timothy Constable, Bree van Reyk, Alison Pratt and guest Eugene Ughetti.
