The Newcastle Tramshed Markets are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month and add interest and excitement to the Foreshore.
Newcastle has a vibrant culture with a unique and treasured history reflected in its landscape which blends modern structures with historic buildings, one of the more infamous is the Carriage Shed Complex where these markets are situated.
The markets provide an opportunity to showcase the creativity and ingenuity of people from our region and to create a memorable experience for visitors and locals.
The Newcastle Tramshed Markets will be held this Saturday 16th December from 11am to 5pm. Santa will be there as well as Christmas Carols and live street theatre from Newcastle's Young People's Theatre.
