19th century History House at 133 Macquarie Street is the home of the Royal Australian Historical Society.

The Royal Australian Historical Society is a voluntary organization founded in Sydney in 1901 to encourage Australians to understand more about their history.

The Society holds regular seminars, talks, walks and excursions all year round which are open to non-members and members.
