Allphones Arena, formerly Acer Arena, is ranked in the Top 10 arenas in the world and is the largest indoor entertainment and sporting arena in Australia.
One of the major venues for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Allphones Arena hosted artistic gymnastics, trampoline, the basketball finals and wheelchair basketball.
Today it is the stage for headline International and Australian performances and concerts, having had some of the most famous artists and performers in the world, with some of the biggest shows Australia has ever seen being held every month!

Allphones Arena's main banquet, conference and seminar area is an ideal venue for formal banquet dinners, award presentations, cocktail parties, VIP functions, intimate concerts, corporate functions, trade shows, team training, seminars and conferences.
Unlike other Ballrooms, the Allphones Arena Grand Ballroom offers a ceiling grid with rigging capabilities and a dedicated control room for your audio and lighting requirements.
The Grand Ballroom offers exclusive access via the Northern Foyer as well as the Grand Ballroom Foyer, which is suitable for pre-dinner drinks or conference registration. Easily accessible from the loading dock, this venue is also ideal for large-scale exhibitions and motor shows.

Main Arena
Allphones Arena’s premier venue, the Main Arena is ideal for your next Special Event. Be it a dinner for 1900 people, a cocktail party for 3000, or a presentation for 5000 people, the Main Arena is sure to impress any guest. Designed to achieve a complete blackout the venue can be configured into an intimate mode design to suit any performance.
The Main Arena offers a full concert size stage with end stage curtain in the venue. The ceiling also includes a rigging grid to assist with all your technical requirements. Offering a towering ceiling height of 33 metres at the highest point, vehicle access including semi trailers is via Tunnel 1 with a height of 4.2 metres.
Support rooms include dressing rooms, production offices and green room for all your catering requirements.
Boulevarde Terrace
Allphones Arena’s Boulevard Terrace offers an abundance of natural light with views over the Olympic Boulevard and the Overflow Park. Offering two balconies ideal for Pre Dinner Drinks, the Boulevard Terrace is a suitable venue for small conferences and dinner or cocktail parties. Offering in house PA system and monitors, a complete blackout is achievable for Audio Visual Requirements.
Grand Foyer
Allphones Arena’s most spectacular venue, the Grand Foyer is the main entry point to the venue but a versatile space that is ideal for Gala Dinners, Lunch programs, Product Displays and Expos.
The Grand Foyer ceiling height is a towering 16 metres high with full glass colonnade taking in views of Sydney Olympic Park and its natural beauty.
Truly a unique alternative space for a function, the Grand Foyer’s Terrazzo tile floor provides a talking point for your next event. Entitled “Lost and Found” by Victorian Artist Elizabeth Gower, the artwork depicts images of Sydney, sport and entertainment.
Grand Ballroom
Allphones Arena’s premier events and meeting space, The Grand Ballroom is a flexible space with inbuilt lighting bars and rigging points.
The venue is well suited to car and product launches with direct entry from our loading dock. Looking for a Banquet or Conference plenary venue? Then the Grand Ballroom is your selection. The Grand Ballroom includes a dedicated entry point via Allphones Arena Northern Foyer and has a welcome and pre dinner drinks Foyer.
Dance Floor and Stage are included for all banquet dinners.
The Lounge Bar
Allphones Arena’s Lounge Bar is a column free space that is an ideal venue for an exhibition, gala dinner or large theatre style presentation. The Lounge Bar is carpeted and air conditioned and has the ability to be draped to make the venue smaller and more intimate. Offering a towering ceiling height of 9 metres and rigging opportunities the Lounge Bar is suitable location for your special event.
The Club Rooms
Allphones Arena’s Club Rooms is your traditional meeting and conference venue suitable for breakout rooms, annual general meetings or intimate cocktail parties, configured as one large room or three smaller rooms separated by interlocking doors.
The Waterview Room
The Waterview Room at Allphones Arena offers full natural light and views of Sydney Olympic Parks parklands and water features, making this venue an ideal location for your next conference, seminar or cocktail party.
