Australian Institute of Commerce and Language


AICL offers courses in the English Language, Business, Accounting, Hospitality Management (Commercial Cookery) and Hairdressing Salon Management.

At AICL, we offer unique teaching methods and encourage participative learning amongst our students.

Our team of highly qualified teachers provide individual attention, and our highly skilled Student Services division offers quick response and timely guidance on any student issues that may arise.

Accreditation AICL is a Registered Training Organisation and our courses are accredited and recognized by all relevant government bodies.

The courses are registered by VETAB (Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board) and NEAS (National English Language Training Accreditation Scheme).

AICL's Business,Accounting and Hairdressing and Hospitality courses are recognized under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Through articulation agreements with selected Universities, AICL provides students with direct pathways to these universities. Students are assured that by studying in AICL first, they can still progress to higher learning as all AICL courses are fully accredited by and recognized for credits with these selected Universities.

AICL has articulation agreements with the following universities:
    Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT)
    Queensland University of Technology (QUT)
    Blue Mountains Hotel Management School (BMHS)
    Central Queensland University (CQU)
    The University of Newcastle
    IMI Institute of Hotel Management, Lucerne, Switzerland
    University of Canberra
    Edith Cowan University
    The University of Ballarat
    La Trobe Univesity
AICL is constantly developing links with other key universities and we hope to offer an even greater range of university pathways in the future. Students can also apply independently to any university not mentioned above for credit points.
