Sydney E.S.L. College (S.E.C.)


Sydney E.S.L. College (S.E.C.) is a specialist English college.

It offers professionally taught English classes to students from all over the world, specialising in TOEFL iBT Preparation courses and Study Tour programs.

S.E.C. was the first English school in Sydney to become an authorised TOEFL iBT Testing Centre, and the first to offer TOEFL iBT Preparation Courses. TOEFL iBT is the new generation TOEFL which has now replaced the paper-based TOEFL and the TOEFL CBT (Computer-Based Test).

Situated near Darling Harbour, S.E.C. is just 5 minutes from a great range of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and theatres. Minutes walk to train stations, light rail and monorail stations, Sydney's main shopping precinct, Chinatown, and Sydney Entertainment Centre.

All S.E.C. teachers are fully qualified and experienced in teaching multicultural students. They encourage students to learn to their full potential by placing them in a supportive educational environment and providing personal attention.

The classes at S.E.C. are small in size, most with less than six students, which allows close interaction and contributes to students progressing into confident individuals. The classes are filled with a warm and personal atmosphere ensuring students feel comfortable in their learning environment.
