We are a small agency and our consultants recruit in their areas of knowledge and expertise so we do not have a separate "temporary" and "permanent" division.
This helps you to build a strong and enduring relationship with your consultant - and in fact many of our candidates rely on us to assist them throughout their careers - not just for a particular "job" we have listed. We like to build our relationship with you through regular contact and open feedback.
Our process is flexible - dependent upon the needs of our clients. Howe'ver, we will ensure you are fully informed as to the overall process, next steps and your progress. Generally, if you apply for a specific role and your skills and experience match our clients requirements, you will be contacted by a consultant.
An initial discussion (usually by phone) will take place determining your fit for the role. If the fit appears to be good at this stage you will be invited in to our offices for an interview.
Our interview process is designed to fully explore your skills, knowledge, experience, your requirements, expectations and career aspirations. The more we understand about you - the better able we are to assist you in finding the "right" job.
For certain positions you may be required to undertake skills assessment in our offices - this can take up to several hours. We will inform you prior to meeting you of the time you will need to allocate to us.
Your privacy is respected! We will not send your resume out to anyone without your prior permission. Confidentiality and discretion are certainly part of our creed - we dont discuss your details without your knowledge and we expect that you wont discuss details of our clients without our permission.
