Warrumbungle Observatory

Warrumbungle Observatory, otherwise known as "Tenby Observatory", is located on the Timor Road that leads out to the Warrumbungle National Park, 10 kilometres from Coonabarabran.

The Warrumbungle Observatory holds three Computerised telescopes including a 14 inch Telescope, Coonabarabrans largest telescope for tourist observing.

Daytime viewing is available, along with nighttime stargazing seven days a week. Peter will provide you with expert knowledge of the night sky and astronomy.
