If you have graced our establishment previously, you may know that its that time of year again to look with interest at our seafood selection. Its no wonder seafood is so popular in the warmer months. In the words of our Executive Chef, Graham Griffiths, Summer is a great time to enjoy seafood at Viva Grill because not only are my dishes light, refreshing, highly flavoured and so good for you, most important, it will keep our members out of their hot kitchens!
And our Summer menu has never looked so good. The hottest option on offer is Viva Grills famous Seafood Platter for Two consisting a half lobster, natural oysters, fresh cooked prawns, salt and pepper calamari, crumbed prawn cutlets and beer battered fish. For some, too much seafood is never enough!
Highlights of our other seafood options include Fresh Sydney Rock Oysters served natural with chervil and champagne vinaigrette dipping sauce; the beloved Surf and Turf; and Beer Battered catch of the day.
If its not enough that our hearty fish dishes, tantalising steaks and nourishing kids dinners keep patrons coming back for more.
