Sweet Infinity

Sweet Infinity, created by head pastry chef Leanne Beck, is a French inspired patisserie located in the up market suburb of Woolloomooloo and the historic Strand Arcade.

Established in 2007, the award winning patisserie has continued to gather a devoted fan base that includes Sydney foodies and A-list celebrities such as Russell Crowe.

It is Leanne Becks experience from working in some of the most well established restaurants and patisseries in Sydney, Paris and London, that has lead to the amazing food that is on display daily at Sweet Infinity - from gourmet pies and sausage rolls to the delectable sweets such as their infamous chocolate brownie.

Having expanded into corporate and event catering, Sweet Infinity continues to delight their clientele with culinary sensations such as the caramelised walnut and apple waldorf salad, salmon gravalax with crme fraiche and melba toast, and their lamb cutlets with basil jus. Some of their high profile clients include ANZ Bank, Allens Arthur Robinson, Coty, Westfield and David Jones.

Winner of the Foodies Achievement Award in 2009 and voted one of Sydneys top sweet destinations by Sydney Morning Herald, Sweet Infinity continues to receive recognition for its luscious treats in food and lifestyle magazines all over Australia. From national magazines such as Madison, Cream, Virgin Voyeur and Vogue Entertaining + Travel; to newspapers such as Sydney Morning Heralds Good Living and Daily Telegraphs Taste, the consensus amongst journalists is that it is hard to pass up a Sweet Infinity delicacy.
