One of the most electrifying voices in contemporary jazz and soul makes her long -awaited Australian debut at Sutherland Pavilion this September.

Described as "the Grace Jones of jazz," Lady Blackbird has captivated audiences across Europe and the United States with a voice that defies categorisation - equal parts raw power, gospel fire, and whispered intimacy.

Her 2021 critically acclaimed debut album Black Acid Soul announced the arrival of a truly singular artist, earning her the Jazz FM Award for International Jazz Act of the Year in 2022 and igniting a fanbase that has only grown fiercer since.

Her 2024 follow-up album Slang Spirituals - a bold, deeply personal record spanning jazz, soul, gospel and psychedelic rock - landed her on the Best Album of the Year list, cementing her place as one of the most important voices of her generation.
