Updating content found on our website is easy...

1. Go to the page you wish to update. Scroll down below the content and locate the PageID found in Key Information.

2. To request changes (with the PageID) go to our Contact Page (bottom of page) and locate the Update button and follow the prompts.

UPDATE GUIDELINES

The guidelines ensure the update process is a streamlined, efficient operation for both advertisers' and editors.

Description | Submit a complete replacement description in one block of text that can be replaced in a single copy-and-paste action - time consuming partial edits, markup (e.g. "change line 3"), or notes cannot be actioned. Flyers, PDFs, or attachments are not accepted. Text only.

Image | UPLOAD a presized image (jpg, gif, png - width 750 pixels).

Cancellation | Request the listing be cancelled and provide reason | See Cancellation FAQ

Proof of Ownership | If required, more information will be requested.

The service is provided without charge for genuine changes (not cosmetic, arbitrary or seo).

Event: Complimentary for changes to "correct" content.

Venue: Complimentary (one per year).

Image: Complimentary (Pre-sized).

Cosmetic, arbitrary and seo edits: AU$125.00 per hour.
