Bohemian cuisine is not just about dumplings and heavy sauces. Even though we love the traditional dishes, we want to celebrate and introduce the European way of cooking, flavours and techniques in a new, modern light.

Our cosy dining room and specious outside sections are full of natural light with comfortable furnishing, complimented by warm tones of wood combined with the raw look of concrete.

Our refined and seasonal menu focuses on local produce coming from earth, lands, rivers and the sea, prepared in a modern way whilst taking inspiration from our grand mom's traditional recipes.

Our best satisfaction is, when we can take our guests back to their childhood, when they were hiding under their nan's kitchen table during one of the family Sunday's long lunches and tasting and smelling all the beautiful treats.

We believe and appreciate all the hard, honest work, so we are working closely with selected local suppliers therefore we know and respect our produce, with a big focus on sustainable style of cooking to bring our guests an unforgettable experience.

We can't deny our Czech roots, so we offer the world renowned traditional Czech beers such as the ever- popular Pilsner Urquell, as well as the best craft Aussie beers. Our vast range of boutique wines and a strong signature cocktail list introducing unusual flavours and twists on the classics, complimenting the extensive spirit menu selection.
