China Beach

China Beach is a Modern Asian, Iain Halliday designed restaurant with a funky cocktail list, snappy wine list and great service overlooking Manlys glorious surf. The food is inspired by many styles of Asian cuisine with each dish staying true to its roots.

The chef and co-owner Mai Busayarat, ex Jimmy Liks and China Doll, heads the burners and produces some of China Dolls most popular dishes plus her own familys dishes from Southern Thailand. Grant Burtenshaw, a Northern Beaches boy with many years experience at Tetsuyas and Pilu, is one of the co-owners and leads the floor team.
