Sydney Zoo is launching a new Dinosaur Safari adventure designed specifically for kids.
Running from 14 March to 27 April, the Lost Kingdom Trail turns a zoo visit into an interactive treasure hunt where children follow a dinosaur trail across the park.
Along the way, kids will discover 25 life-sized dinosaur installations and more than six interactive activity points, where they can complete small challenges, learn fun dinosaur facts and compare prehistoric creatures to the animals they see at the zoo today.
Families receive a Dinosaur Safari map on arrival and explore at their own pace, visiting themed stations that introduce simple ideas about extinction and conservation in a way younger children can understand.
Once the trail is completed, kids can redeem a Kinder treat from the Jurassic World Dino Colour Collection, giving them a sense of achievement at the end of the adventure.
What parents will love is the flexibility - there are no session times, no queues and no fixed schedule, so families can complete the trail while still enjoying the rest of the zoo.
The experience also includes baby dinosaur meet & greets throughout the day, making it a fun and memorable school holiday outing.
