An innovative early dinner menu (available between 5.30pm to 7pm) offers two ($24.50) or three courses ($29.50), enabling a taste of JAR at a purse-friendly price. Alternatively, the a la carte menu meanders from slow-braised lamb shanks to pan-fried barramundi, plus a range of daily blackboard specials.
Follow a hearty main of slow-braised sticky pork belly, shallot mash and Madeira jus, with a sweet glazed Baileys and white chocolate brulee. The JAR wine list offers a good selection by the glass, with a BYO option for bottled wine only.
