This weekend, Hay Street Market is transforming into a vibrant celebration of Lebanese food, music and culture for a special two-day Lebanese Independence Day Festival (22nd-23rd November).
Think handmade saj bread wrapped around traditional shawarma, sizzling kibbeh and sambousek, fresh tabouli and fattoush, stretchy BuBooza ice cream, and chilled Almaza beer, all set to the rhythm of live Arabic music, drummers and belly dancing
It's an immersive taste of Lebanon in the heart of Sydney.
