In 2007, Margan opened their brand new rammed earth restaurant and tasting room in the peaceful rural setting of Broke where they provide the complete food and wine experience.

The aim was to create a relaxed, stylish restaurant with a focus on simple, seasonally inspired cuisine, served to be shared. The menus are changed monthly to reflect the season. They source fresh mostly organically grown local produce and pick daily from their own extensive kitchen garden.

Dine al fresco on the verandah and enjoy the expansive views of the homeblock vineyard and Brokenback Range or inside for air-conditioned comfort. Margan also caters for groups, functions and weddings in their barrel hall.
