Mary MacKillops Day |
Mary MacKillop, founder of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Sacred Heart, and beatified by Pope John Paul II on 19 January 1995.
As she died on 8 August 1909, this day has become a special day on which many people remember Mary MacKillop, celebrate her life or take part in a pilgrimage.
