Southgate Sylvania is a well-established sub-regional shopping centre located in the Sutherland Shire New South Wales, 20km south of the Sydney CBD.

The centre is ideally positioned on the corner of the Princes Highway and Port Hacking Road, Sylvania, which is a gateway position to the Sutherland Shire. The centre is owned by Industry Superannuation Property Trust Pty Ltd and managed by Jones Lang Lasalle.

Southgate is a single level retail centre, anchored by Coles Supermarket, Kmart, Woolworths, 1st Choice Liquor and Best Fresh, with 60 specialty stores including an AMF Bowling Centre and Sylvania Library and over 1,000 parking spaces.
