SumoSalad is all about giving you the freshest, tastiest and healthiest meals possible. Although experts in salads, to keep it interesting, SumoSalad also provides healthy alternatives to salad including year-round soups and vegetarian organic snacks - not to mention juices, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, low-fat wraps and more. The Sumo likes to think of himself as well rounded!

SumoSalad was created by a couple of twenty-something Sydneysiders who wanted to create a healthy eating alternative for all Australians and people in other parts of the world.

Although more Australians are now looking to improve their diets and overall wellbeing, creating salads and other snack items which pleased everybody proved to be quite a challenge. The solution was to give the choice back to the customers and let their taste buds guide the end product.

The SumoSalad "Design Your Own Salad"concept was the first of its kind in the country and possibly the world, and was a great success. SumoSalad has now evolved to also include pasta salads, wraps, soups, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, toasties, long rolls, organic coffee, fresh juices and more.
