The Apprentice Restaurant

The Apprentice training restaurant is licensed and open to the public for lunch and dinner on weekdays, during term time, located at TAFE NSW Sydney Institute, Ultimo College.

Offering views of the city and Centre Point Tower, The Apprentice training restaurant blends a contemporary mix of design highlights to deliver a unique Sydney dining experience.

Our menu:
Our menu is designed, prepared and served at five-star level by the rising stars of Sydneys hospitality industry. Serving up their culinary creations to the public they demonstrate the skills they have learnt in all aspects of the hospitality industry.

Our prices:
Our regular price for lunch is $22 per person (12:00pm - 2:30pm), and dinner is $30 per person (6:30pm - 9:00pm) including GST.
