After a decade of living in Bangkok and working with Thailands luxury hotels and resorts, Greg and Shanya Richardson have returned to Sydney to open Chedi Restaurant - A Fresh Approach to Thai - a return to the balanced flavours and subtle nuances of real Thai food.
